online club exhibition of photo club kumanovo

In adherence to the guidelines promoting physical distancing, members of the Kumanovo Photo Club gratefully embraced an offer from the esteemed Sile Sanat Saraj Club to maintain connections with our friends in the Republic of Turkey, stepping away from our regular photography routine.

We, as a club, accepted this invitation with honor. The event, presented by Sile Sanath Saraj, served as a thoughtful gesture during the COVID-19 era. We express particular gratitude for this exhibition as our regular photography activities and exhibitions have faced postponements in the past months due to the pandemic.

The Zoom meeting offered a virtual tour and symbolized our strong friendship, shared passion for photography, and a commitment to collaboration in the future. The International Federation of Fine Art Photography (FIAP) supported this exhibition.

A significant number of photographers from both clubs in Turkey and Macedonia supported the event.

During the presentation, Marina Krstić, the president of Kumanovo Photo Club, provided a detailed overview of the club’s history, activities, and various successes achieved at domestic, regional, and international levels. She officially opened the exhibition with greetings on Ataturk Memorial Day.

Representing Sile Sanath Saraj, Mr. Rekha Bilir shared comprehensive information about his club in his introductory speech. Emphasizing that art offers opportunities for artists in any period and under all circumstances, Rekha concluded that photographers should channel their artistic efforts even in challenging situations.

Both clubs successfully showcased the works of their members.
