acknowledgments for the members of the photo club kumanovo

At the Annual Meeting of Photo Club “Kumanovo” from Kumanovo, held on December 23, 2018, in the name of the club, the president Marina Krstic awarded several awards to the members of the association.

Zaklina Stefanovska was recognized as the most active photographer due to her activities in the promotion of artistic photography in Kumanovo and in the organization of several photography events, including the Malinska Photo Festival, the largest photography festival in the Balkans.

Despite numerous personal and professional commitments, I am delighted to allocate time for the Photo Club Kumanovo and fulfill the responsibilities associated with the club. This includes engaging in daily camaraderie with fellow photography enthusiasts, preparing and coordinating exhibitions within Macedonia, and actively supporting the Malinski Photo Festival. Additionally, I have had the privilege of serving on the jury committee for Koriton. Receiving the award for the most active member in 2018 has been a source of gratitude, and I am committed to maintaining the same level of dedication as we step into the New Year of 2019,” stated Zaklina Stefanovska

Aleksandar Stojchevski was honored with the Best Young Author Award, recognizing his contributions to the Photo Club “Kumanovo” and his active participation in various art photography exhibitions. Notably, Stojchevski recently earned an IAAP diploma at the international photography exhibition “Koriton,” specifically in the theme “Kratovo and Kratovians.” This accolade reflects his skill and dedication to the craft.

Receiving the Best Young Author Award from the Kumanovo Photo Club is a tremendous honor and source of joy for me. Being recognized by individuals within this Club is a significant achievement, given their wealth of experience and numerous awards in photography, both at local and international levels. This recognition serves as a strong motivation for me to deepen my commitment to photography and continue evolving toward becoming a true professional,” shared Stojchevski

Vladimir Jovanovski has been honored with the award for the Best Artistic Photographer in the Municipality of Kumanovo. In 2018, Jovanovski achieved remarkable success, winning over 20 awards, being elected FIAP Best Author three times, serving as a jury member in multiple exhibitions, and earning the PSA Excellence title (EPSA). His accomplishments extended to international recognition, as he was featured in the publication ‘Photographic Exhibition of the Works of Invited World Renowned Photographers’ by the Macao Photographic Society. Additionally, he was named Photographer of the Year by Sile Sanat Saraj of Turkey.

Remarkably, Jovanovski has secured the award for the Best Artistic Photographer in the Municipality of Kumanovo for the second time, a prestigious recognition presented by the Photo Club Kumanovo.
