In November 2018, the exhibition dedicated to the city of Kratovo – “Koriton 2018” – was successfully completed in the organization of Photo Club Kumanovo. 830 photographers from 72 countries of the world took part in the exhibition, which makes “Koriton” the exhibition with the largest number of participants in the Republic of Macedonia. All this speaks of the serious task that the members of the jury-commission faced when evaluating and awarding the prizes. The members of the Photo Club Kumanovo achieved excellent results at “Koriton 2018”, namely:
- Viktorija Zlatkovic won a gold medal for the photograph ‘Neighbourhood’ (theme of Kratovo and its people).
- Vladimir Jovanovski received two awards: a silver IAAP medal for the photo ‘One’ (theme Kratovo and Kratov residents) and an IAAP diploma for the photo ‘Wish’ (theme open).
- Aleksandar Stojchevski was honored with an IAAP diploma for the photo ‘Chase’ (theme of Kratovo and its people).
- Naum Cvetkovski earned an IAAP diploma for the photograph ‘Old man’ (theme of Kratovo and its people).
- Mila Zlatkovska was awarded an IAAP diploma for the photo ‘Mixture all the feels’ (theme open).”
The opening of the exhibition is scheduled for the middle of December.
