In honor of International Women’s Day on March 8, Photo Club Kumanovo, in cooperation with the National Photo Union and the Culture Center ‘Trajko Prokopiev,’ and under the auspices of the Municipality of Kumanovo, held the national exhibition of artistic photographs ‘Women and photography 2022’ for the ninth time.
The exhibition is exclusively dedicated to showcasing female creativity expressed through photography. This year, it featured participation from both young beginners and experienced members of the female photography community from across Macedonia.
The exhibition showcased a total of 50 photographs, each providing a unique perspective on the world captured by women photographers, reflecting their subtle, caring, and emotional nature. The exhibition featured two themes: ‘woman’ and a free theme, allowing each photo to carry a distinct story and message.
The exhibition was inaugurated on Thursday, March 10, 2022, at 19:30, in the premises of the Trajko Prokopiev Culture Center in Kumanovo.
